The client was facing declining DTC sales and wanted to turn things around by revamping the their online store and leveraging advanced capabilities of Salesforce platform.
Redesigned multiple sections of the online store to improve customer experience. Improved page speed through back-end optimizations on Salesforce Commerce Cloud. Optimized the whole website for mobile devices. Made UI changes to Homepage, Cateogory, Product listing and description pages, and checkout to bring significant improvement to user experience. Re-configured pop-ups and CTAs as per best practices.
The client saw massive improvement across all KPIs of their online store such as Average Order Value, Clickthrough Rates, Traffic to Destination pages, Cart Abandonment Rate and Conversion Rate.
